Shop Policies


We offer two shipping speeds in the US: flat rate standard shipping and flat rate express shipping. In-stock orders usually ship within five (5) business days and should be received within two weeks of shipment. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Harper the Label is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Harper the Label offers international shipping to Europe as a flat rate, and to other countries on a case-by-case basis through the most cost-effective provider. Please email us if you have any questions about international shipments.


We are a small business and are unable to accept returns, but will gladly accept exchanges for merchandise credit within fifteen days of receiving your purchase. Valid receipt and original item condition are required for merchandise credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Harper the Label is unable to reimburse shipping expenses.

If the product you have received is defective, please let us know and we'll make it right.

Any items marked Final Sale are unable to be exchanged or returned.

Damaged and lost packages.

If a package is damaged on arrival, please contact us within seven days of receiving it and include a photo of the damaged item(s). We will do our best to ship a replacement as soon as possible.

If you think that an order has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service directly. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, Harper the Label cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
