Shipping

What are my shipping options in the US?

We offer two shipping speeds in the US: flat rate standard shipping and flat rate express shipping. In-stock orders usually ship within two (2) business days and should be received within one week of shipment.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Harper the Label offers international shipping to Europe as a flat rate through DHL, and to other countries on a case-by-case basis through the most cost-effective provider. Please note that any VAT or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

What are your delivery times?

In-stock orders ship within two (2) business days and should be received within one week of shipment within the continental US. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

Harper the Label is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

My package was damaged or lost, can you help?

If a package is damaged on arrival, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving it and include a photo of the damaged item(s). We will do our best to ship a replacement as soon as possible.

If you think that an order has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service directly. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, Harper the Label cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Harper the Label will gladly accept returns or exchanges for within ten (10) days after you have received your order. Valid receipt and original item condition are required for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

If the product you have received is defective, please let us know and we'll make it right.

How can I cancel my order?

If there is an error in your order, please email us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to make it right!

Leather Care

How should I care for my leather goods?

You’d be surprised what a little spit can do. Small scratches may be polished out by buffing the surface in a circular motion with a small amount of spit on a clean fingertip. Leather will benefit from occasional conditioning treatments using a wax cream like Smith’s Leather Balm.

To protect against UV and weather damage, a commercial grade spray treatment, such as Tarrago Nano Protector Spray, may be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For long term care and maintenance, it’s always a good idea to consult a leather care professional.

How will my purchase age?

Leather can include variations in color, texture, and small markings. As a natural part of its life, leather will also burnish, darken, and evolve over time to reflect the way it is worn.
